I was asked about preferred day of

I was asked about preferred day of delivery. When I had paid for the item I was told that they could not give any details of the timing of delivery and that I would be charged for another delivery if this failed. We stayed home all day, missed on phone call, and did not have any delivery on the promissed day. The following day i find my order in the porch. I had not given them instructions to leave in the porch but in the garage. I feel this had been a poor service and will not deal with this company again.
