What a terrible service, if you dont

What a terrible service, if you dont want to be constantly lied to about the "next day delivery" still being out on that van and being with you in ten minutes do not order from here!!!! I could have got the item cheaper elsewhere but went with this company as it said free next day delivery. What a pack of lies. Yesterday my item was on the van ready for delivery in half an hour, uh huh right. So it had still not turned up this morning so call Amtrax and they say mine is the first priority today. Its now nearly 6pm, I called them at 4pm and asked how was I first priorty they said oh sorry its the driver it will be with you in ten minutes. Half an hour later it hasnt arrived and their phone line just rings and rings. So another day wasted waiting for a delivery that never materialises and when I tell Simply Fitness this they say they will not match the price that the other co was offering for a longer delivery time, so I am now wondering whether to refuse the item when it eventually turns up!
