Wanted a barbecue as chrismas present for my dad and wanted one very quickly. Look around quite a few sites and found that flaming barbecues had a good few barbecues to chose from. It's not worth the effort trying to buy from this place, their prices are low and the services recieved reflects this. I ordered a BBQ from them, recieved a delivery notice informing of when it would be delivered. Good site, very easy to order, I did not want to order on the internet, just because have had some bad experiences with other companies, so i called them up and they where very good. I ordered a BBQ , it was delivered on time. But the instructions came with it was really substandard. The BillyOh brand is just a Kybotech (the company behind this site) own brand. The build quality of BillyOh is not so great and worth only if it is heavily discounted. I submitted a rating in their site and it never appeared. Good store to deal with, very well laid out website i obviously haven't had same experiances as other people because i found their delivery and pre-delivery communication to be good. (As good as any other internet order i have placed with different companies!!)
