Great product (BillyOh Charcoal Hood)

Great product (BillyOh Charcoal Hood) but shocking service. Was told to wait in all day (6am to 7pm) to then be told after phoning that they made a mistake on the delivery date. After complaining they have simply ignored me and blocked me writting a review on their, and other websites. Proceed with care.
