Ordered Outdoor Graphite 3 Burner on

Ordered Outdoor Graphite 3 Burner on Monday. Received a call on Tuesday to advise that they will deliver on Friday. Feeling confident. Friday came, no call. I began chasing customer services from 4pm. They advised it was definately on its way. I spoke to them twice! Also asked if its not delivered who do I call and they said to call tomorrow.
No BBQ arrived. Nobody called. Rang the next day, the department that deals with were not working till the following week!
Following week, again chased (since nobody bothered to contact me) and finally was told the BBQ was out of stock!
Cancelled order and ordered from World of Power for better price. BBQ arrived today, great service.
Don't waste your time with Flaming BBQ's.
