BUYER BEWARE How pleased I was at the

BUYER BEWARE
How pleased I was at the fast delivery from this company only to be disappointed to find that when I opened the box that my Gas BBQ was damaged.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Now the nightmare begins. Reported same day only to receive email to be told, Quote 'Your query has been logged with the relevant team and they will endeavour to reply within 5 working days'. Funny that as this is what the call centre says which is basically a company that takes msgs. There is no direct contact to this company as they have mastered the art of redirection so you cannot speak to anyone in charge. I have had no one come back to me via email and they have a complete aversion to speaking on the telephone. After numerous phone calls and on day 12 I find that they are going to replace item that day. No email notifying that was going to happen. What a lie, no delivery. Contacted them again to be told it was coming 2 days later. Yet another lie. 2 weeks on, still no outcome. I have passed this on to my credit card company to sort.
I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. I guess there motto must be. 'Get their money & ignore any problems'.

I don't imagine this review will be up for long on there website. Actully reviews are vetted before posted so it will never be seen on there website
