Customer "care" for exchanging

Customer "care" for exchanging damaged goods is horrendous. Any problems forget it. Do not be tempted by the low initial price as when it goes wrong, five days to make an exchange has turned into more than 3 weeks and still no sign of an exchange. My BBQ nights have turned to misery as the damaged product still sits in its box awaiting a PROMISED FIVE DAY exchange, 4 weeks after I first bought the product! Save yourself hassle and deal with someone you can see, there are 10 callers ahead of you on the phone all the time.
