Flaming Barbecues

Ordered the barbecue, given a date,

Ordered the barbecue, given a date, arrived when it said,but had more damage than I was willing to accept. Called them up within an hour of receiving it, waited on the phone for 50 minutes before they answered, took all details, very sorry etc etc, will have the parts with you Friday. Some one stayed home all friday, surprise no barbecue, (so now 2 days at home one for original delivery, 1 for replacement and still no working barbecue). Called again today, (Monday) 'Oh I don't know why it wasn't sent out, it was supposed to be, but the person you need to speak to is off sick so I can't really help. Can I talk to your manager? That's who is sick? Their manager? She's at lunch. Can you get her to call me when she gets back? Yes of course.' Now well past luch and still no call!!!!!!!!!!!! Very efficient at taking order and money though.
