Flaming Barbecues

I ordered a Outback Spirit three burner

I ordered a Outback Spirit three burner BBQ, and it is great. I also ordered a custom cover for the BBQ. The delivery of the BBQ took about five weeks. The cover was ordered on April 4th and I still don't have it five weeks latter.

I have phoned the customer care dept twice with promised delivery dates. Still no cover? There customer care is very poor and the first time I had to wait 27 minutes at 10p per minute.

I will never buy from a Kybotech company again and could not recommend anyone else to buy from them.
