Been waiting 2 weeks and have no idea if

Been waiting 2 weeks and have no idea if heater is in stock or when it might be delivered. They have not replied to any of my emails. Efficient at taking payment for the item. Big risk to use this company but you could get lucky. I am going to give it one more week then I will contact credit card company for refund.
