It's not worth the effort trying to

It's not worth the effort trying to buy from this place, their prices are low and the services recieved reflects this. I ordered a BBQ from them, recieved a delivery notice informing of when it would be delivered. This date passed and after contacting them by phone was told that the reason I hadn't recieved it was because it hadn't been sent, and won't be because it was out of stock.

Previous to this problem I had contacted them for details on a specific BBQ and they were unable to give any because it turned out they didn't know exactly which bbq they had, they knew it was a Landmann but they didn't know which one. I was then told I may have been sent a replacement, but they didn't know if I had or not and the department that deals with that went home at 4pm so I'd have to call back the next day. When I informed them on the phone that I'd like to cancel the order and get a refund I was told that I'd have to send an email because money would be changing hands. Exactly why they can't trust me over the phone and credit the card that was used to pay for it with is beyond me. So not only had they chanrged me for an item they hadn't shipped, I have to jump through their hoops to get it back.

Overall it was a nightmare experience.

Certainly a risky place to buy from, it might be worth it if you are hell bent on getting the lowest price but beware of getting a item different to what you ordered or any item at all.
