I bought a Billyoh barbecue from Flaming Barbecues. When I assembled it I discovered that a cabinet door would not close and the whole base structure was flimsy. The propane regulator would not fit onto the gas bottle and I had to replace it. Then the rotisserie motor failed after about three minutes operation.

Sentiments of the other reviewers is echoed. Under no circumstances buy from these people, pay the extra and buy from a reputable store.
Ordering is the easy bit, handling the inevitable problems such as a smashed product delivered in that state is alot harder.
I am now up to 5 weeks of continual phoning and emailing and they NEVER contact you back.

How pleased I was at the fast delivery from this company only to be disappointed to find that when I opened the box that my Gas BBQ was damaged.

Customer "care" for exchanging

Customer "care" for exchanging damaged goods is horrendous. Any problems forget it. Do not be tempted by the low initial price as when it goes wrong, five days to make an exchange has turned into more than 3 weeks and still no sign of an exchange. Wish I had read Yahoo reviws before ordering, I ordered on the 27th May as they had a "sale" finishing on the 28th- item is still for sale at same price over 2 weeks later, delivery was stated as 3 to 4 working days, my order was confirmed immediatly and the payment taken from my credit card on the same day, I have still not received the item, I have emailed on at least 6 occassions all... Called them up within an hour of receiving it, waited on the phone for 50 minutes before they answered, took all details, very sorry etc etc, will have the parts with you Friday. Avoid like the plague. My 2 week delivery time passed and I checked the website and the bbq I ordered hadn't even been released by the manufaturer! as in, it hadn't been made. It now had an expected delivery of 44 working days! Been waiting 2 weeks and have no idea if heater is in stock or when it might be delivered. They have not replied to any of my emails. Efficient at taking payment for the item.
