    The delivery address reverted from mine

    The delivery address reverted from mine to house no. 1 in the street meaning that it was despatched to the wrong address. I do not blame the company for this mistake as I have since managed to re-order the item to my correct address however I think this might have been a slight fault at point of ordering on the internet page.     The goods have not yet arrived: so far, I am a very dissatified customer. I should hesitiate to use XL shop again - and had intended to e-mail them next week.

    If the goods were sent via Royal Mail, the problem may lie there - increasingly, packets get "lost" in the post.
