My first order went through trouble free and I had no difficulties placing the second order. When I placed my third order with xlshop.com, the system gave an error message which indicated that the order had not been placed so I tried again. I ordered ink cartridges and printing

I ordered ink cartridges and printing paper from this company and after six days I still didn t have any goods.I emailed them only to be told they were out of stock and wouldn t be despatchced for another week.At the time of ordering no mention of out of stock items were shown and despite taking immediate payment they couldn t be bothered to email me and let me know the situation.Terrible customer... Not really the merchant s fault but the

Not really the merchant s fault but the courrier used delivered my order to my neighbour without my persmission and even failed to leave a card to inform me of this. As such, it took a lot longer to get to me than the despatch date should have resulted in. Read Full Review »
