My first order went through trouble free

My first order went through trouble free and I had no difficulties placing the second order. When I placed my third order with xlshop.com, the system gave an error message which indicated that the order had not been placed so I tried again. I noticed later that two identical orders had been registered on the system and I tried to cancel one. An error message informed me that the system was not able to cancel at that time. When I contacted Customer Services they said that the duplicate order had been cancelled. The other order was on back order i.e. was not in stock. Despite this glitch in the system/website, from my previous experience, I would generally rate xlshop.com highly.
