Have not received my item. No contact

Have not received my item.
No contact from seller to explain just order confirmation.
Showed on Kelkoo as in stock, but when ordered I discovered it was placed on back order!
Recently (& today)it showed as in stock!
Now waited almost 2 weeks.
Will cancel if no contact made this week.
Not Happy!
