Moved into new house and used B&Q for

Moved into new house and used B&Q for kitchen, bathroom and various other materials. Very bad experience with faulty products, poor quality materials, damaged deliveries (almost every delivery damaged) and when contacted B&Q to rectify they made me feel like I was was problem. Bad customer service, poor attitude to customer and no solution to our problems. Three months in and still fighting the battle. All the skilled workmen have since advised me they will no longer install products from B&Q with customers due to problems and delays affecting their finished product and costs!! you work that out!!
