I would avoid this store at all costs, I ordered a fridge from them but a week went by and no contact, i tried emailing them and got no reply (I did eventually get a read receipt) and I tried ringing within the designating opening hours and just got an answering machine.

I found Whitebox to be a very useful site in finding what I wanted. The site had lots of information, not just ratings and image and a price like most seem to have. The product I ordered was not in stock but they kept me informed and just over a week later called to let me know it was ready for delivery. I placed an order for a Hoover washer dryer on Sunday 8th January which the website said was in stock. That part was fine. I was particularly disappointed with the supplier. The website rapidly took my order but did not deliver as indicated.

Nobody answered the telephone and nobody answered my emails. I sent a fax cancelling and although the item was cancelled nobody confirmed this either by email, telephone or fax. I had never ordered off the internet before, but my washing machine was broke, and the shop couldn't deliver another one for over a week. So I went on the internet and compared prices and whitebox was the cheapest. I ordered a new machine on Tuesday, and it arrived Thursday! Fantastic service and I was kept informed by e-mail. I was very impressed with the speed of which I received my goods. The ease of ordering was good and when I spoke to the staff at Whitebox they were very helpful and friendly...and I didnt have to wait for half an hour for them to pick up the ringing phone!!
