I ordered a tumble dryer. I was promised

I ordered a tumble dryer. I was promised an email telling me when my "IN STOCK" order would be delivered. I never got one. I tried to call the number stated on the web site. I called on numerous occasions at different times of the day. I got an answering machine. I left messages on that. They wern't returned. I got an email telling me that Hotpoint were going to give me a call to arrange delivery. I didn't get the call. I tried to call again. No reply. I cancelled the order.
