    I made a quick phone call (free) to customer services to check that the item was in stock then placed my order. The correct item arrived as ordered and on the day specified. Customer services rang the same day to confirm delivery date & courier company rang twice first to confirm day & time second when on route & actually delivered earlier than anticipated.     A no frills website, which is relatively easy to navigate and gave us the best price on a Bosch fridge. Ordered the fridge on a Wednesday evening, delivery date confirmed later that evening, arrived on the Friday - excellent. What's more they accept payment via Paypal. Would use again.     I was sceptical about claim of quick delivery, but very impressed by the result.
    The web site has a small company look about it, and could be improved (make sure your browser accepts cookies).
