    Attempted to purchase a particular model of washing machine, displayed as being available/in stock. They advised there would be a few weeks delay in delivery which never happened and I had to call to find out they couldn't deliever till a few weeks again.

    What Appliance World omitt to inform you on their web page that they don't deliver to Scotland....it's too far away. They could however manage it for an extra £54.00...don't think so!

    On our homepage we state that there are exceptions for some postcodes to free delivery. On our delivery page we state the postcodes that we do not offer free delivery to very clearly. Few companies can be all things to all people but we state clearly what we can and cant do.

    Cheapest price around and excellent customer service. Oven confirmed in stock but as only one left they suggested I placed order by phone rather than online.     Used for the first time to purchase a Bosch dishwasher. The price was very competitive, the product was in stock and purchase was completed without any problems.

    Phoned the warehouse the day before delivery to ascertain whether it would be a.m. or p.m., advised it would be mid to late morning and the van was outside at 10.45, right on cue.
