Ordered a Hob and Oven, when ordering online the website said they could not deliver to my postcode and should phone up, so I did and it turned out they could deliver to me.

First of all ordered item 3 weeks ago - rang after two weeks said that order would be with us the following week. We rang Thursday the following week and only then we were told that one of the items wasn't available so they'd the cancelled the delivery of the other items without telling us which left without appliances for our builders to put in place.

We are quite new to on-line ordering and our fridge/freezer was the most expensive item we have ordered, thus we were a bit concerned. Had No problem Ordering the Oven I

Had No problem Ordering the Oven I requested, the item I chose had 2 options, one of which was to phone up to get a better price!

I phoned and was told the item was out of stock but one could be delivered in about 7 days I agreed and payment was sorted out, few days later I had my oven all signed and sealed!

Friendly and efficent just like it should be!
