I tried to order 3 items that added upto

I tried to order 3 items that added upto £1100. The website told me I had to pay delivery (despite free delivery being a selling point on the website) so I had to contact the sales team- premium rate telephone number. I e mailed then rang 3 times and was told someone would ring me back. I am still waiting!! Meanwhile I have taken my custom elsewhere.
