A wonderful company. We had a long shopping list for our new kitchen and wanted a one-stop shop. We chose Appliance World initially for their prices (VERY competitive), but then found them to be superb to deal with in every aspect of their business: from ordering, to delivery, to exchanging an unsuitable item.
At point of order they were happy to track down a discontinued item which particularly suited our requirements; they were flexible in arranging a delivery date that suited us; the delivery was carried out in a friendly and professional manner - and when, some weeks later we found the tap to be in the wrong finish for our requirements, they swiftly arranged for a replacement to be sent out to us (when we rang them, 2 days before Xmas the line was busy, so we left a message, thinking 'they'll never get back to us before Xmas'. But wonder of wonders - they did, within 5 mins!). We couldn't ask for more. We would recommend them to anyone.
