Having researched the washer dryer I

Having researched the washer dryer I wanted I came to this site simply because they were offering the best price around (I ordered an AEG and they were running a 40% discount). I was a little concerned about buying online so called the office number and the lady that dealt with me was very efficient and made me feel that the purchase was secure. She explained that the model was not in stock but as soon as it sent over from AEG it would be with me in 10-14 days.

I placed my order on 17 Nov and was therefore delighted to be advised that it would be delivered so quickly - just 10 days since placing the order.

The next contact was from the delivery team who called to confirm that they were at my address and had left it, as requested, outside my flat door. I am not sure if they called to confirm delivery or because they were concerned at leaving it in the hallway, either way I was most impressed with the courtesy - the delivery person was so refreshingly pleasant and polite.

This has been a completely positive experience from first call to test wash and as someone not afraid to complain, it is with great pleasure that I relate my contact with this company.

I will definitely be using them again as and when needed and can recommend them without hesitation.
