Having decided to carry out a complete refit of our kitchen my wife and I were looking for a company that was able to supply all items(6)on our appliance list. Having located one, we reviewed the company and found some serious concerns regarding their reliability. So before resorting to High Street suppliers we checked out Appliance World, all items were listed as available and the reviews on Kelkoo were glowing. But still with some trepidation we contacted Appliance World for a quotation. This gave the opportunity to compare their prices with other suppliers and test the 'we aim not to be beaten on price' claim. Beaten they were not, so our order was placed. We were advised that once all items were in their warehouse we would be contacted within 48 hours to finalize delivery arrangements. This they did and two days later all items were delivered intact by a young chap who was not only most helpful but a credit to his company. Just waiting now for the installation and hoping that the individual manufacturers are as good as Appliance World. We can't praise them enough, at every step of the process each individual involved has been extremely personable and efficient. Appliance World .... they do what they say they will do and when they say they'll do it for. It doesn't get any better than that!
