Ordering was easy, delivered at a stupdily early time and was left outside for me to find when I got up. I tend to judge these companies by how they respond to problems. The machine broke, I rejected it under sales of goods act as this fault appeared to be quite common (on further investigation on the internet), they used every delaying tactic in the book, they even accused me of continuing to use the machine when it was broken (it was not working, no one could use it!!!), wanted to send me another machine of lower spec for same price :-( and when I insisted that they collect it they came at 5am, Yes 5AM!!! had to threaten court action to get money back,
This site/company appear to be great if the ordered item works but from my experience if you want your money back as allowed by law you are in for a lot of hassel. In the end I went to currys and bought a better spec/brand named item for the same price (used an online code)and have had no problems since. Will be sticking to high street names in the future after dealing wihtthis company :-(
Whilst we endeavour on all ocassions to deliver perfect machines, unfortunately we are unable to test them prior to going out. We offered to send an engineer out as is standard practise in our industry to ensure it had been fitted correctly and to resolve the issue with the minimum inconvenience to the customer.
We then did indeed offer an alternative machine which was of higher spec in all respects other than one element of the efficiency standard. We did collect the machine as per his request prior to him going to work so as not to inconvenience him and the tracker on our vans clearly shows this was later than 5am.
Finally, any delay in refund related to us awaiting an invoice for the fitting costs he demanded. At all times, customer service is our foremost concern and it is disappointing when despite all attempts, we are unable to assist certain customers.
