I placed an order for a wine cooler,

I placed an order for a wine cooler, confirmed price,
they took my credit card details advised that even though they had 2 in stock it would take 10 days to deliver.
I rang back a couple of days later as the price on the web had increased, everything still OK. After nearly 3 weeks nothing had been delivered so I rang them back.
I was given a message from socalled director
Paul Wessex that unless I paid £23 more I would not receive the wine cooler, take it or leave it.
I think they have made a boo boo initially with the price but they just cant be bothered to inform me or
try and come to an amicable agreement.
