Attempted to purchase a particular model

Attempted to purchase a particular model of washing machine, displayed as being available/in stock. They advised there would be a few weeks delay in delivery which never happened and I had to call to find out they couldn't deliever till a few weeks again.

I therefore cancelled the order.

To date, five weeks after cancellation no refund of the full amount taken on a credit card has been received.
