Baumatic integrated fridge/freezer. My technical question was answered quickly and satisfactorily. Ordering was straightforward and confirmed almost immediately by e-mail. Delivery on the agreed date 10 days later was on time to the hour. When my fitter arrived later that day, we found the product did not quite fit the existing aperture. I telephoned applianceworld who were almost apologetic that they would have to levy a re-stocking charge(it had been my fault and the charge was lower than the maximum quoted in their sales conditions). The replacement was ordered, (again the order was confirmed by e-mail almost immediately). Delivery was arranged for 13 days later and again arrived on time. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Next time I want any white goods, applianceworld will be my first port of call.
