I must admit this was the first time i had ordered a large electrical item online so was a little sceptical. However, the reviews I could find for Appliance World were mostly positive so I thought I would go for it!
And I wasn't in the slightest disappointed....I rang to order so I could get an idea of delivery time.They were honest from the start and said they don't stock that partiular model so it would take 10-14 days to arrive. I had an email to confirm my order that afternoon and to my amazement a call 6 days later to say my fridge was going to be delievered the next day!
They were particularly helpful when i said i would need a call 1/2 hr before delivery so i could get back home...that call came and the driver didn't even moan about having to get it up a step into our home. All round a fantastic experience and a very competitive price.
