Attempted to purchase a particular model

Attempted to purchase a particular model of washing machine, displayed as being available/in stock. They advised there would be a few weeks delay in delivery which happens ... and then a few days later that that delay would be more than a month.

I therefore cancelled the order.

To date, three weeks after cancellation no refund of the deposit taken on a credit card has been received.
