Despite web site stating free delivery on the dishwasher I was going to purchase (£453.07), at checkout a £30 'surcharge' was added. I tried to order 3 items that added upto £1100. The website told me I had to pay delivery (despite free delivery being a selling point on the website) so I had to contact the sales team- premium rate telephone number. A wonderful company. We had a long shopping list for our new kitchen and wanted a one-stop shop. We chose Appliance World initially for their prices (VERY competitive), but then found them to be superb to deal with in every aspect of their business: from ordering, to delivery, to exchanging an unsuitable item.

I brought all new kitchen appliances from them and from the moment i called they seemed to care about if the appliances were right for me-not just about taking the money. The sales team were fantastic and honest...and the delivery team were with me at 9am and so polite.

I recently purchased a Baumatic B187SS oven and a B10 ceramic hob, from my first point of contact through to the delivery everything was handled in an extremely professional manner. What fantastic service!
I was so impressed by the courtesy and efficiency of everyone I spoke to, from the first step (the extremely helpful lady in sales) to the last (really pleasant delivery driver).

Ordered a Hob and Oven, when ordering online the website said they could not deliver to my postcode and should phone up, so I did and it turned out they could deliver to me.
