I ordered an item because it was listed

I ordered an item because it was listed as In stock and I needed it urgently, but when it had not turned up after a few days I went to their order tracking system and it was listed as waiting for delivery as it was out of stock.
It didn t come in stock in the following week so I cancelled the order.
