    I found the website quick and easy, i ordered on Sunday and received the TV on Wednesday. The delivery driver phoned me up half an hour before he was due to arrive at my house, he and the person with him carried the TV into my house and ask me to check if it was the right model, they were extremely courteous and deserve a pat on the back.     item i ordered was apparently out of stock but i was not told this. i chased order twice on the second time customer care was good , told did not know when item would come in but suggested similar item that was in stock and offerred a reduction as a good will gesture.
    taught me to ask stock question when dealing on internet.
