Product excellent, except bolts supplied

Product excellent, except bolts supplied for TV stand do not secure the stand. They remain loose, so assume their is nothing behind the plate attached in the TV for the bolts to secure to. Can you advise what I should do ?
TV was delivered at 10pm as delivery driver was delayed considerably in London earlier in the day, however not a problem. Driver was very apologetic. Read Full Review »

I saw the fridge freezer that I wanted- the lovely LG GCF399BUQ, but didn t want to fork out £549 for it that many high street shops wanted. After doing a quick search on Kelkoo, I came across Digital Point/Electro Centre, who were selling the same item for £360, including delivery.
