According to web site my order should

According to web site my order should have been delivered within 72 hours but in actual fact it was twice that time . Then on receipt of phone call I explained that I was on holiday and arranged for delivery on my return . Guess what the delivery arrived before I was home - fortunately my neighbour was in and took the delivery .
