Difficult to review: Ordered on Sunday,

Difficult to review:
Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday (good) but smashed beyond use by their courier (very bad). Reported damage immediately after delivery and was told that the item would be collected the following day. This had to be returned to them before they could despatch a replacement
Wednesday: Waited all day for collection but no one turned up so e-mailed supplier to this effect at 5.30 pm.
Thursday: No news from supplier so telephoned them to suggest that they both collect the damaged item and deliver the replacement at the same time otherwise delivery could not be made until the following week. They agreed that they would do so using their own transport.
Friday: Telephoned by supplier to ask if hood still here - which it was. Was told that it would be collected by the courier that day and a replacement sent by their own transport " some time next week". The hood was collected at 5.00 pm and I e-mailed them to so advise.
Monday: Was called at 3.55 pm to advise delivery would be made "tomorrow" though couldn t give a time.
Tuesday: New hood delivered intact at 10.15 am, one week after original delivery. Their own driver was still not sure if he was supposed to be collecting the broken hood.

I accept that the problem sees to lie with the original courier but this should not be my problem. I was confined to my house for several days awaiting both delivery and collection of the faulty item.
