FACTS

4/1/2010 i bought 3 products for a total of 83.10£
21/1/2010 they told be that they had some problems and asked me just to wait some days
1/2/2010 i was told that they couldnt send me 2 of the products
1/2/2010 i ask a total refund
1/2 they told me that they will realize a total refund
4/2/2010 they told me that they realized the refund
17/2 i was threatened if i dont remove my reviews

according to my bank there is no money transfer on 4/2/2010, they only see that on 4/1/2010
supaperfume took the money, rejected the transaction(like giving back money), and then
the took again a little different ammount of money. so, im still in debt.

things to consider is that they never reply on phone in order to have a direct contact.
other things i didnt liked is that they threatened me for putting negative
comments on various reviews. ''remove your review or we will have no alternative but to
commence legal action to have the review removed and seek damages from you.''

my suggestions:
1) don't buy anything from them.
2)if you do ask refund as long as nothing arrives.after the refunding don't check through
your bank just the amont of money you paid, but all the eventual money transfers from supaperfume.
3)the best thing you can do is call your bank and ask to refuse that money transer.

i have good feeling that the problem will be resolved :D its just from 1/2/2010 since i asked to be refunded
