Despite paying extra for next day

Despite paying extra for next day delivery, it took them until 4pm the following day to tell me the item i had ordered was not in stock. leaving me no time at all to search for another supplier and get yhe product in time for Christmas. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

as in all cases their are deadlines for christmas delivery - g tremayne ordered after the deadline - infact a full day after the daedline and because of this we could not guarentee christmas delivery. we informed her by email and then chased it up with a phone call to inform her that the order placed was passed the deadline.
