Placed my book order online with ease.

Placed my book order online with ease. The WHSmith online progress web site was very good until showing "dispatched"; after a week showing that same status, I had to chase twice "customer services" by e-mail before getting an answer 4 days later! Got the book eventually delivered to my local store (smile not included!) Lesson: do not order if you are in a hurry and prepare yourself to do some chasing at some stage.
