I ordered a birthday present for my

I ordered a birthday present for my daughter on 25th November. It has now turned into a Christmas present, but still has not arrived at the shop where I requested it to be delivered. I have sent lots of emails, visited the shop, phoned the help line and get lots of different explanations. I know that there have been problems with the suppliers, but I am being told that my delivery should be on its way by Customer Services and I am unlikely to get it before Christmas by the shop. No one will tell me the truth, and it is now to late to order it from anywhere else because it is out of stock on many websites, or extra expensive on others. I cannot understand why someone cannot find out just where my order is and give me some idea of when it will arrive, instead of just telling me that it is on it's way. It has been showing in despatch progress for two weeks now. Not very convincing. I am not at all happy with this terrible service.
