I have so far ordered two books from WHSmith online and have had both delivered free to my local store. Both arrived within a week (so not really fast delivery but satisfactory). WHSmith gave me a call to let me know when they had arrived. I am just about to order another book now. WHSmith have, on all three occasions, been the cheapest!
