    Product order is not being delivered but the amount has been taken from my bank account. Try sending them more than 5 emails but not getting any reply. Their phone call take 20min to be picked up. And will not help me resolve the problem. Will never every buy anything from them. Stay away from them. Read Full Review »

    Game console ordered was not delivered, have spent three days trying to contact customer services by email and telephone. Phone is not answered! They have taken the money though....     I have used GAME to buy everything from PS3's and Xbox 360's to birthday cards as I work for a Prize draw website.
    They always have competitive prices and good service and on the odd occasion somethings out of stock they have been really helpful.

    The ordered item paid for never arrived. Game.co has taken 17 days to initiate an "immediate" refund. Now the item is out of stock.
    Although the item was available at another game store. Game.co had no control over arranging this to be sent to benefit both the company and the customer. I expected much more customer services abysmal. This maybe the first and last time I use this service.
