I was buying an iRiver PMP-140, for

I was buying an iRiver PMP-140, for £340. It was fairly eay to order, however I was unable to order over the phone. The avalabilty was appauling my product was in stock, and I had next day delivery so would recieve it within 1 working day. It did not arrive so I enquired and the reason was the delivery did not arrive - delayed till the end of the week. End of the week came still no delivery. I was in urgent need of the product and was forced to recieve the following Monday - when once again I expected to hear "no delivery", however I was told that there was a two week waiting list for the product. They had totally wasted my time. I cancelled my ordered and found the product elsewhere... cheaper, next day delivery (as promised), even free delivery. Do not trust this company. Very bad service.
