When I oredered my items they were

When I oredered my items they were showing as in stock, then recieved an E-mail the following day saying that they were out of stock, but should be in within 3-4 days, then didn t hear anything for 11 days so had to phone them, they said they should have stock within 4 days, but couldn t guarantee this or delivery before christmas, so I cancelled my order with them.
