cancelled my order and did not bother to

cancelled my order and did not bother to tell me it had been cancelled, then when i rang up i had to order it again, a week later it came but it was the wrong product, when i rang a second time they said they would send me another as soon as i sent the other back. FINALLY i got the product i wanted a couple of weeks after originally ordering it.
