I ordered this product on Sun. 4th Oct

I ordered this product on Sun. 4th Oct 2009 but online ordering did not mention anything about delivery time. When I rang the office on Mon 5th Oct I was told 2-3 days but product didn t arrive until Fri 9th Oct. That was ok as I needed the item for 10th Oct but it would be helpful if website informed you of how long delivery would take. Also there was no option to have the product delivered to an alternative address like my business address. It meant that I had to wait in for a few days not knowing when to expect delivery. But overall very pleased with product, packaging and customer service.
