Although the product was good it took

Although the product was good it took over two weeks to arrive. When I telephoned to see where the product was, they promised to ring back and didn t and then just sent an email to advise it had been dispatched. There was no apology for the delay and I did wonder how long it would have taken for delivery if I had not telephoned.
