On this occasion (tho not on previous ones) I was most dissatisfied with the service. I ordered print cartridges from MX2; after the event I was told by MX2 that they were out of stock and there would be a 5-7 day delay, so I cancelled the order and tried again with Photoglossy.com, only to find out that Photoglossy and MX2 are one and the same. If items are not in stock, this should be flagged up immediately, so that one can look elsewhere straight away. It was frustrating to say the least that my visit to what I believed to be an alternative supplier turned out to be anything but! I am now informed there are production problems and MX2/Photoglossy have no idea when supplies will be restored (tho that is not their fault).
